4 Seasons - Digital Ceramics
Where Physical Craft Meets Digital Imagination
4 Seasons is a visual storytelling project that began as a handmade ceramic artwork inspired by water, reflection, and the changing seasons. After completing the physical piece and documenting it through photography, I revisited the project using Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT Image 2.0, and Photoshop to explore how the same object could exist across four distinct seasonal environments. Combining ceramics, photography, and AI-assisted creative direction, the project expands a physical artwork into a series of seasonal visual narratives. Through shifts in atmosphere, landscape, and context, 4 Seasons explores how storytelling can transform the way we experience a single object while preserving its original form and material character.
The Origin
Inspired by reflections in water and the changing seasons, 4 Seasons explores how natural forms can be translated into ceramic surfaces. Through 3D modeling, mold making, slip casting, extrusion, and glazing, the project captures moments of movement and transformation in a physical form.

Reimagining the Work

Using Adobe Firefly and other generative AI models, I reimagined the original ceramic pieces through seasonal environments and visual storytelling. Beginning with studio product photography, I explored multiple creative directions to develop narrative-driven imagery that extends the artwork beyond its physical form while preserving its original design and material character.
