She holds a Master of Design Studies in Narratives from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a BFA in Film & Video with a minor in Art History from Pratt Institute.
With experience spanning more than 400 creative projects, her work combines cinematic storytelling, visual communication, and cross-platform content production across commercial, cultural, and creative industries. She has collaborated with institutions including Harvard Art Museums, Harvard GSD, the American Museum of Natural History, and MoMA, as well as clients such as Toshiba and Monograph.
Her practice bridges film production, photography, editing, color grading, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, often integrating interdisciplinary design and emerging creative technologies into contemporary visual narratives. Working across both English and Mandarin contexts, Angel’s projects frequently explore themes of culture, identity, atmosphere, and audience engagement across global and cross-cultural spaces.
Through ANGELW86 Studio, she develops cinematic and strategy-driven creative work that blends narrative, design, and technology to create visually compelling and emotionally resonant experiences.
